A broadcast is one approved WhatsApp message sent to many customers at once — a festive offer, a new menu, a batch opening, a restock alert. Cosmos Connect lets you pick the audience by tags and attributes, attach an image, preview exactly how it lands on a phone, and send.

Will my number get banned for sending broadcasts?

Broadcasts use Meta-approved templates sent to opted-in contacts through the official API — the approach Meta's policies are designed around. Sending spam or buying lists is what puts numbers at risk, and the platform is built to steer you away from that.

Is there a limit on how many people I can message?

Your daily reach is set by Meta's messaging tier for your number, which grows as you send quality messages. Your plan's monthly conversation volume is listed on the pricing page.

What does each broadcast cost?

Meta charges per delivered template message, by category (marketing, utility, authentication). Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account directly — we add no markup — and your dashboard shows a monthly Meta usage statement.
