For your Cosmos Connect plan: a conversation is a 24-hour window with one customer. Every message in that window, in both directions, counts as one conversation; a message after the window closes starts a new one. This is what your plan limit and overage are measured on.

Your dashboard shows a monthly Meta usage statement, so you always see what goes to Meta versus what comes to us.

Yes. Prices exclude 18% GST, and every payment automatically generates a GST tax invoice from Graphicosmos. In your dashboard, Billing & Invoices lists every invoice — view it, download the PDF, or pay any that are due. Add your business GSTIN there to claim input tax credit. The same area shows your monthly Meta usage statement: messages by category and what Meta charged.
